I started work for KGLC @ 7AM. The call volume was very high today and difficult to handle. By the day's end I was just glad to get off the phones. 

I handled a call from a woman who wanted to scream at someone. She filled me with negative energy and I felt annoyed with her for hours.

I also took a call from Aunt Lovenia. I did not make myself known to her but I did wish her a Happy New Year! There are some small happinesses in receiving calls and giving service.
